It helps me fall asleep faster and fall back asleep when I invariably wake up in the night. So is it strong? Yes, it definitely works for me. I’m not sure which ingredient is creating the grogginess for me, but I’m guessing it’s the L-tryptophan or hops flower extract, as most of the other ingredients are also found in Hibernate.Īnyway, I’m fine with taking a 1/4 dosage of Hypnos, as that means I get over 150 doses per tub! At 1 gram, I was able to essentially eliminate the grogginess that I was experiencing at 2 gram and 4 gram doses. However, by adjusting the dosage to just 1/4 of the recommended dosage (about 1 gram instead of the full 4 gram serving) I was able to find a dosage that worked for me. Personally, I prefer Hibernate Sleep Aid because Hypnos leaves me a bit too groggy in the morning. I’ve used Hypnos many times over the last few months.
